digitaljesse.com is the personal portfolio of Jesse Johnson, plus a set of free tools for SEO, e-commerce, and content work. You're welcome to browse, use the tools, and share links to anything here. By using the site you agree to these terms.

The free tools

The tools are free and provided as-is. They are built with care, but there is no warranty and no guarantee a given tool will be available, error-free, or right for your situation. Whatever a tool produces for you (a report, a page, a calculation) is yours to use however you like.

Calculators and analyzers produce estimates based on the numbers and pages you give them. They are a starting point, not financial, legal, or professional advice. Sanity-check anything important before acting on it.

Fair use applies: don't hammer the tools with automated traffic, scrape them, resell access to them, or use them to do anything illegal. Accounts used that way get closed.

Accounts

Some tools offer optional accounts for saving your work. Keep your login to yourself and use real contact info so password resets work. You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time through the contact page. How account data is handled is covered in the Privacy Policy.

Content and ownership

The writing, design, artwork, and case studies on this site are mine unless credited otherwise. Portfolio pieces created for employers or clients are shown as work samples and remain subject to their respective rights.

Quote or reference the blog with attribution and a link, that's fine. Republishing whole posts, artwork, or portfolio assets without permission is not.

External links

Posts and tools link out to other sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and I don't control what they do.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, this site and its tools are provided without liability for damages that come from using them, relying on their output, or being unable to access them. Total liability for anything related to this free site is zero dollars, which is also what you paid.

These terms can change as the site grows. The date below reflects the latest revision, and continued use after a change means the new terms apply.
